Structural Engineer

New search open for a Structural Engineer, preferably with active PE license, to support engineering projects related to commercial, healthcare, and data center construction.

• Anticipate $100K-$125K+, based on experience and credentials

Responsibilities:

• Lead design/development to meet customer/performance/code requirements.
• Perform advanced structural/mechanical load analysis
• Oversee engineering documentation (drawings, calculations, specs, BOMs) ensuring compliance with standards.
• Provide technical support for fabrication/installation, troubleshooting field adaptations, and pre-fab systems.
• Support cost estimating, value engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor/train junior engineers/designers/technicians on best practices and tools.
• Interface with customers/project managers/field teams to deliver engineered solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously for on-time, compliant delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Structural/Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years structural design experience
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Structural Engineering (Fl preferred, open to other states licenses)
• Proficient in 3D CAD (SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, Navisworks, Revit, AutoCAD) and documentation systems.
• Experienced with Construction Management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills in structural load analysis; proven project leadership from concept to implementation.
• Demonstrated problem-solving (root cause analysis/continuous improvement).
• Excellent communication/leadership for cross-departmental collaboration.
